What You''ll Be Responsible For Manage the daily social media calendar across Tik

Partner with designers, editors, and content creators to develop video and visual assets for social channels.
Provide creative direction and constructive feedback on video content, including pacing, structure, cuts, and platform-specific formatting.

Support partnerships with poker influencers, ambassadors, streamers, and other creators.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to the broader organic social strategy based on knowledge of the poker audience.
Monitor engagement and content performance and use insights to refine posting frequency, formats, topics, and creative approaches.
Coordinate social activity around major poker events, promotions, and broader marketing initiatives.
Help ensure messaging and visual content remain aligned across platforms and campaigns.
Manage multiple content priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Demonstrated understanding of Tik
Tok, Instagram, You
Tube, X, and emerging social platforms.
Robust writing skills with the ability to independently produce engaging social copy.
Working knowledge of video editing and short-form video best practices; you don''t need to be a full-time editor, but you should be comfortable providing informed creative direction.
Experience building and engaging online communities.
Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement across different platforms.
Experience in iGaming, online poker, gaming, sports,
or a similar digital entertainment environment is an asset.
Ability to turn industry knowledge and current events into compelling organic content ideas.
Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to inform content decisions.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and marketing teams.
Self-directed and comfortable balancing independent execution with team collaboration.
Flexible schedule, with availability to support major industry events outside standard business hours when required.
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
What You''ll Bring We''re looking for someone who is deeply connected to poker culture , understands the audience instinctively, and enjoys being part of the conversationnot someone who simply schedules posts from behind the scenes.
If you''re someone who follows the game, understands what the community is talking about, and knows how to turn that knowledge into social content people actually want to engage with, we''d like to hear from you. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
