Lots of snow = lots of work. All start times 6:00AM or slightly later, depending on operational needs. This position is on-call,

while communicating regularly with your teammates.Accurately tracking your time in LMN along with photos, notes and all other required fieldsWorking in all weather conditions Mother Nature can throw at us; with a smile!Requirements:Ability to read and interpret maps3+ years experience operating Front End Loaders & Plow Attachments for Snow RemovalValid Class 5 Driver LicenseAbility/Comfortability roading Loaders (driving on residential roads between sites)Physically fit with strong staminaAbility to follow protected working proceduresGood observation skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong adherence to our safety policies and protocolLegally authorized to work in CanadaA genuine, trustworthy person that will contribute to our work environment in a positive way.
