Leveraging your ABAP development expertise and experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance solutions across our SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while contributing to the continued evolution of North America's first and only single-line rail network.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIESMaintain and support CPKC's SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Revenue Management systems, ensuring reliable and effective business operationsManage ServiceNow incidents, problems, and change requests for the Lead-to-Cash value chain, including issue resolution and documentationProvide functional and technical support for SAP SD, FICA, FIAR, and BRIM processes across multiple business areasConfigure and enhance SAP SD, FICA,



and FIAR solutions, including ABAP development and system customizationAnalyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop functional, technical, and system design specificationsDevelop, test, and implement system enhancements, support packages, OSS Notes, and transports across SAP environmentsCreate and execute test plans and integration testing using QTest, collaborating with teams supporting CRM, TM/EM, CO, PM, HR, PS, BI, and SACProduce technical documentation, deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectivesPOSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, SAP certification, and experienceMinimum 7 years of IT experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing SAP enterprise solutionsHands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA environmentsMinimum 2 years of experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA modules, including configuration, testing,
