Job Description CEDA is looking for a Training Administrator to join our Calgary team and keep one of the key pieces of our Training team running smoothly: the details.

From entering employee training information to keeping records accurate and up to date, youll be the person making sure the right information is in the right place when its needed.

Theres plenty of data entry, but its not about simply clicking through a screen; accuracy, consistency, and knowing when something doesnt look right are what make the difference.

You''ll also work with internal customers to investigate and resolve discrepancies, helping ensure our training records are accurate, reliable, and running smoothly.

A collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages learning and growth Key Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date training records to support accurate training tracking and reporting Enter, update and maintain employee training information within the Learning Management System,



ensuring information and records are entered accurately and in a timely manner Work with Operations and other internal teams as required to clarify training records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to record-related inquiries Support new hire training administration, including orientation, HSE training, and other required training activities Assist with training reports, record tracking, audits, and other administrative activities to support the training team Other duties as assigned Role Specifications: Minimum 1 yearof administrative, data entry or related experience Experience working with databases, software systems or Learning Management Systems is considered an asset Experience in training, learning and development, or a related setting is considered an asset Working knowledge of

Microsoft Excel Ability tonavigate spreadsheets, filter data, and use basic search functions Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours during peak periods, as required Personal Characteristics: Youre the type of person who notices when something doesnt look quite right and wont be satisfied until the details are checked and corrected Theres something satisfying about a clean spreadsheet, an organized record, and knowing the information is exactly where it needs to be Repetitive work doesnt slow you down!
