A public sector client is seeking Senior Full Stack Software Developers to support a large-scale digital modernization initiative.

The role focuses on modernizing legacy applications, building scalable web solutions, and developing secure cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular/AngularJS, and Java

Script.

Develop and integrate secure REST APIs using JWT/OAuth2.

Modernize legacy .NET Framework, WCF, Windows Services, and Windows Forms applications.

Build responsive Angular-based web applications and support AngularJS-to-Angular migrations.

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, indexing, and performance.

Develop and support Microsoft Azure services including App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, and monitoring.

Support Azure Dev

Ops, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated deployments, and release management.

Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.

Participate in code reviews and ensure secure, maintainable, and high-quality development.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.

Contribute to application modernization and migration toward contemporary Azure-based platforms.

Required Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET Framework.





Strong experience with REST API development, authentication, authorization, JWT, and OAuth2.

Strong Angular/AngularJS, Java

Script, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET MVC experience.

Strong T-SQL and SQL Server development and performance-tuning experience.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.

Experience with Azure Dev

Ops, CI/CD, Git

Hub and/or Azure Repos.

Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, scalability, and performance optimization.

Experience with troubleshooting tools such as KQL, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, IIS, application logs, and monitoring tools.

Experience modernizing legacy applications and working with WCF/Web Services, Windows Services, Windows Forms, and IIS.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and secure development practices.
