We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of window systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with diverse projects, utilizing your construction and carpentry skills to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

- Install, replace, and repair windows in residential and commercial settings using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Prepare work sites by handling drywall, flooring, tile laying, or other related construction tasks as needed.
- Apply caulking, sealing, and weatherstripping techniques to ensure windows are properly insulated and weatherproofed.
- Conduct restoration work including painting, drywall finishing, and plumbing adjustments to support window installation projects.
- Use welding or carpentry skills for custom framing or structural modifications when required.




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools such as caulking guns, screwdrivers, drills, and saws.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or related trades such as carpentry or restoration work.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Familiarity with drywall installation, caulking techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing basics, welding, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working in various environmental conditions.
