Join our Grounds Maintenance & Snow Division!

Winter Sidewalk Crew Leader – Seasonal (5 Month Contract)

You are self-motivated, and have the ability to operate a variety of winter equipment and tools in a safe manner. You are knowledgeable in key aspects of snow removal and have the ability to manage a flexible schedule. The Winter Equipment Operator will be required to provide assistance to the Crew Leader.

Requirements

● Possess a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

● Must possess a valid G class drivers license with a clean driver’s abstract.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in snow maintenance

● Willingness to teach and learn from others.

● Exceptional team player.

● Moderate physical strength and stamina.

● Excellent judgement and adaptability.

● Reliable transportation.





● Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

● This role requires flexibility and availability for on-call shifts, including being available on Christmas and Current Years.

Your duties will include:

● Plan and organize activities on job sites.

● Conduct quality control checks and site inspections.

● Accurately monitor crews time tracking, and material packing slips.

● Ability to use various snow removal equipment including snow blowers, shovels etc.

● Assist the Division Manager with ensuring that employees are following best safe practices and providing corrective action when necessary.

● Train employees in how to safely complete their job tasks and how to safely operate and handle equipment.

● Ensure all sidewalks are left protected for pedestrians to traverse.

● Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

● Follow all policies and procedures while working at all company locations and client sites.

● Communicate issues with or damages to equipment to management and property management/owners.

● Operating necessary equipment, tools, and vehicles.

● Report and regularly communicate with production manager.

● Other duties as assigned by Management.
