Experience
- Prior experience in immigration support, legal assistance, or related administrative roles is preferred
- Familiarity with work visa types such as H-1B, L-1, or similar is advantageous
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, authorities, and internal teams
- Knowledge of relevant tools including document management systems and legal databases
- Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for understanding technical job requirements in certain industries
