We are a multigenerational family with an extremely energetic and curious one year old girl who is very attached to her mom. Mom is a busy accountant who works long hours from home. We need a sitter who can engage and build a connection with her, and occasionally look after her when her grandparents are busy getting things done around the house and mom is working.
