The Metis Nation of Ontario is seeking a Youth Success Coordinator to join the Thunder Bay Transitional Housing Program. You will help ensure the safety, stability, and wellbeing of participants, delivering culturally secure, trauma-informed support aligned with funding requirements.
You will monitor participant needs, maintain confidential files, connect clients with Indigenous services, and collaborate with staff and external agencies to promote positive outcomes.
