We are hiring for a Production Support Engineer .

This role focuses on production support, incident response, monitoring, automation, and infrastructure management in a cloud and containerized workplace.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of production support experience with strong OCP, Kubernetes, monitoring, scripting, and database skills.

What you bring 10+ years of experience in production support and handling production incidents Strong hands-on experience with OCP and command-line operations Experience with Dynatrace monitoring tools Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems Scripting experience with Shell Scripting, Python, and Power





Shell Experience with SQL database management and MongoDB Experience with Kubernetes and container services Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution What you''ll do Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify potential issues Respond to production incidents and outages, diagnose problems, and restore services Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud resources, and underlying infrastructure Plan for future system capacity and anticipated workloads Develop and maintain processes for software deployments and releases Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to maintain system reliability and availability Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and procedures Identify and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance
