Lead, coach, and develop our rebuild team Lead reconstruction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections Conduct quality assurance inspections and address deficiencies promptly Collaborate with customers, trade partners, suppliers, adjusters, Project Managers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement What you must have: A leader who takes ownership, follows through, and maintains high standards for quality and professionalism Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes Strong planning,
