Toronto, Canada (mostly remote, with weekly in-office days)|Full-Time|Eligible to work in Canada|Bilingual (English & French) requiredWhat You'll DoReporting to the Project Manager, you'll provide operational, administrative, and data tracking support that keeps our program running efficiently and audit-ready, including:Maintain accurate records, track employer participation and incentive approvals, and keep documentation audit-readyUpdate employer and apprentice data, monitor progress toward targets, and maintain internal dashboardsReporting SupportHelp prepare quarterly and annual reports, compile data summaries, and coordinate reporting deadlinesBe a first point of contact for program inquiries, assist in the coordination of partner meetings, and maintain stakeholder contacts in collaboration with the Partnership ManagerManage project calendars, track deliverables, and support event and travel coordinationWork closely with CAF's communications and finance teams, and contribute to broader CAF initiativesWhat You BringCollege diploma or university degree in administration, project management, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project administration,
or a similar role — ideally in a data-intensive settingAbility to work and communicate effectively in both English and FrenchStrong Excel and MS Office skills; experience with Trello or similar tools is a plusExceptional attention to detail and documentation managementComfort working independently in a remote environment, managing competing deadlinesExperience with government-funded programs is an assetCompensationCompetitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experience.Why Join CAF-FCACAF-FCA is a respected national organization committed to strengthening Canada's apprenticeship system.
