The physiotherapist completes assessments, develops treatment plans,collaborates with colleagues to determine care plan goals, oversees thephysiotherapy team effectiveness, and provides clinical supervision to PTassistants The physiotherapist regularly educates long term care staff,residents and family members in several areas including falls management, saferesident handling and mobility.
