Job Summary: The Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test strategies and automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated healthcare systems.

This role involves functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing, with a focus on automation using Playwright and managing test activities through Azure Dev

Ops.

The specialist collaborates with development and Dev

Ops teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, supports release management, and provides detailed reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for CHRIS and HPG initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and regression test suites using Playwright.

Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing.

Validate application functionality, interfaces, APIs, and data integrity across multiple integrated healthcare systems.

Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective testing solutions.

Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using Azure Dev

Ops.

Support release management activities, deployment validation, and smoke testing.

Collaborate with development and Dev

Ops teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.





Provide testing metrics, status reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

Required Skills & Certifications: Minimum 10 years of qualified experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing test automation solutions.

Hands-on expertise with Playwright for UI and end-to-end test automation.

Experience using Azure Dev

Ops for test management, defect tracking, and release support.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments.

Previous experience working with healthcare information systems.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.

Experience testing cloud-based and Azure-hosted applications.
