Your new role As a senior member of the architectural team, you will take the lead on technical coordination and delivery across projects of varying size andplexity.

Working closely with project leadership, youll oversee drawing production, detailing, and specifications while ensuring work meets applicable building codes, standards, and internal quality requirements.

Youll coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders, proactively identifying technical challenges and developing practical solutions.

Youll also play an important role in mentoring architects and technologists and helping improve internal technical standards and processes.





What you''ll need to succeed Masters degree in Architecture OAA membership 10+ years of experience within an architectural practice, including experience on large orplex projects Strong background inmercial and industrial projects Proven technical leadership, team management, or mentorship experience Advanced Revit and BIM capabilities Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, detailing, and industry standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigateplex technical challenges Strongmunication and collaboration skills What you''ll get in return Apetitivepensation packageprised of a base salary between $100k-$120k (negotiable based on experience), an annual bonus between 5-10%, 4 weeks'' vacation, additional paid personal/sick days, a standard health and benefit package, a wellness spending account, education funding allocation and a hybrid work environment.
