Adecco is currently hiring a detail-oriented Assembler for a leading aerospace and electronics manufacturing facility in Mississauga, ON.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality, precision, and safety.

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic components while following engineering drawings, specifications, and standardized work instructions.

and inspection of components and finished assemblies to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify defects or non-conformities Use hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and measuring devices safely and effectively Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation Complete production tasks within established quality, productivity, and timing targets Maintain accurate records of assembly, testing, inspections, and modifications Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency Perform standard start-up checks and basic preventative maintenance activities as required Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes Follow all health and safety, housekeeping, ESD, and company policies and procedures Assist in other production-related duties as required to support business objectives Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required College diploma, technical training, military experience, or related education considered an asset Minimum 1 year of experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, production, or related environments Experience working with hand tools, power tools,



and testing equipment Ability to read and work from drawings, schematics, and written instructions Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple tasks Experience with troubleshooting electronic components, analog and digital circuits, or aerospace products is an asset Eligibility to obtain Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance is required Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Electronic assembly experience Aerospace manufacturing experience Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures Understanding of manufacturing safety standards and best practices Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving abilities Experience working in regulated production environments Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
