About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of commercial and residential property restoration projects around the Calgary area. This position will support a wide variety of restoration projects, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.Role DescriptionYou will oversee management oversight of all phases of restoration projects, including employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely and with quality.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day planning and management of multiple restoration projects, including both commercial and residential buildingsCommunicate with owners, consultants and sub trades, deliver a high level of customer service to clientsSupport management of on-site personnel including Superintendents, Foremen and subcontractorsPrepare project set-up, schedules, and cost controlsLead regular site meetings with sub-contractors,



architects and consultantsWork with superintendents to ensure projects adhere to safety and quality standardsPrepare progress invoices/sub trade invoices; change orders to Owner and Sub tradesOversee project close outAssist with development of project coordinators and site crewsSkills and RequirementsExperience as a Project Manager or Coordinator on commercial and residential restoration projectsExperience in water damage, fire and smoke, mold, and disaster recovery restorationDesire to work directly with the senior leadership team and support the continuing growth of the company on a long-term basisProven ability to lead agile teams on multiple projectsStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to find quick solutions and implement them proactively in dealing with problemsFinal ThoughtsWe believe in diversity of thought and experience.
