Being mechanically bias providing support to the estates team & working with the senior site basesSupervision of Maintenance Staff: Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standards and timelines.Plant Inspections and Repairs: Oversee the routine inspection, servicing, and repair of plant to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.Compliance and Safety:



Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations, hospital policies, and PFI contract requirements.Contractual Deliverables: Ensure that maintenance works are carried out according to the terms of the PFI contract, including response times and performance standards.Coordination with Hospital Staff: Liaise with hospital management and clinical teams to prioritize maintenance work and minimize disruption to hospital services.Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality service.What experience you need to be the successful Mechanical Supervisor:Having a Mechanical bias (HVAC, Plumbing, Gas etc) trained to a minimum NVQ Level 3.Authorised Person position previously held or willing to take on roles.Previously held a supervisory or team leader role.A background in Healthcare or PFI would be advantageousThis really is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to progress their career.
