Assistant Spa Manager - Coastal British ColumbiaPackage: $58,000 CAD per year + housing + benefitsAn incredible opportunity for an experienced spa professional to join the leadership team of a high-end luxury resort on British Columbia's stunning Vancouver Island.We're looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who combines genuine hands‐on spa experience with solid leadership skills and a real passion for exceptional guest service.Working alongside the Spa Manager, you'll help lead the day‐to‐day operation of a world‐class spa, supporting the team, maintaining exceptional service standards and stepping into the Spa Manager role when required. This is very much a hands‐on leadership position, including supporting reception and treatments where needed.What we're looking for:Minimum 2 years of management experience within a high-end, full‐service luxury spa or similar environmentPrevious experience as a Massage PractitionerMinimum 1,000 hours of formal massage education - please note,
