Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role is essential to ensuring our gourmet food products are produced to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.What You'll Do:As a QA Technician, you'll be at the heart of our food safety program—sampling products, performing testing, and verifying processes. Your day will include:Conducting daily product sampling and testingPerforming lab maintenance and ensuring compliance with GMP and good lab practicesMonitoring pre-operational and operational inspectionsInvestigating deviations and recommending corrective actionsValidating CCPs, reviewing pre-shipment documents, and releasing products for shipmentKeeping meticulous records, analyzing trends, and communicating findingsCollaborating with team members and cross-functional departments to maintain our SQF and HACCP standardsWhat You Bring:We're looking for someone who is not only technically skilled, but also collaborative and committed to continuous improvement. You have:A diploma or degree in Food Science,
