Join our retail team of chocolate ambassadors who strive to provide the best consumer experience in our Lindt Chocolate Shops.

We are currently recruiting for a Stock Associate to join our retail team at our Deerfoot Meadows Location.

Your availability: 20h per week, Day Time Availability (Mandatory)
Key responsibilities: Receiving Shipments
Preparing transfers
Keeping the stock room clean and tidy
Ensuring Salesfloor is fully stocked
Helping associates retrieve merchandise from the stock floor
Act as a brand ambassador for our products
Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals
Support with cash handling and inventory duties including restock of products
Assist with corporate gifting
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Relevant experience in retail sales
Experience in retail inventory management




Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
Demonstrated work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative or similar role.

Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic, customer service-oriented personality.

Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner.

Availability to work flexible hours
Must be bilingual
