En agissant à titre de point de contact régional pour les questions liées à la collectivité, le directeur assure une exécution, une gouvernance et une visibilité normée des investissements communautaires, tout en favorisant des relations approfondies entre les partenaires internes, les organismes communautaires et les équipes de direction régionales.

**Principales responsabilités**
**Leadership communautaire et présentation de la marque**
Agir à titre de responsable régional pour toutes les initiatives d'engagement communautaire, en veillant à ce qu'ils cadrent avec les priorités locales, les stratégies nationales et les valeurs organisationnelles.

Amplifier la présence régionale de la marque en faisant la promotion de partenariats communautaires significatifs, de commandites et d'occasions d'engagement qui renforcent notre identité et notre but.

Faire progresser les priorités en matière de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion grâce à la conception de programmes inclusifs, à des partenariats équitables et à une participation visible aux événements communautaires.

Promouvoir la reconnaissance des efforts d'engagement communautaire en améliorant les témoignages, les résultats et la participation des collègues dans l'ensemble des canaux et forums.
**Excellence opérationnelle et gestion financière**
Assurer l'exécution rigoureuse et en temps opportun des processus de paiement en gérant la configuration des fournisseurs, en faisant le suivi des premiers paiements et des décaissements, et en veillant à l'exactitude de la documentation dans l'ensemble des systèmes, comme Share

Point et Cybergrants.

Surveiller de façon proactive les délais de paiement, gérer les interruptions ou les retards en appliquant des mesures provisoires et en tirant parti des options de TEF/ACH pour protéger les engagements de fin d'année et les investissements communautaires.

Maintenir des dossiers et des registres clairs et prêts pour l'audit, et ce, pour appuyer la gouvernance, l'atténuation des risques et la conformité aux normes financières et réglementaires.
Établir et maintenir des flux de travail normalisés pour la reddition de comptes, les approbations et la documentation afin d'améliorer la visibilité, l'efficacité et l'uniformité entre les régions.
**Promotion auprès des collègues et des collectivités**
Promouvoir une culture inclusive et collaborative en encourageant la participation des collègues aux efforts d'engagement communautaire.

Soutenir les mécanismes de rétroaction et la participation à des programmes qui favorisent la diversité de pensée, la représentation équitable et l'apprentissage commun.

Faire preuve d'agilité et de réactivité dans la gestion des priorités changeantes, des besoins communautaires émergents et de l'évolution de la dynamique régionale.
**Exigences du poste**
Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en engagement communautaire, en responsabilité sociale, en communication, en gestion opérationnelle ou dans un domaine connexe
Au moins cinq ans d'expérience progressive en gestion des parties prenantes, en engagement communautaire, en gestion opérationnelle ou en mise en œuvre de programmes au sein d'une entreprise complexe
Expérience éprouvée en gestion de processus, de gouvernance et de documentation financière dans un environnement sensible à l'audit
Solide compréhension des modèles d'investissement communautaire, des principes de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion, et de la gestion de marque
Compétences exceptionnelles en établissement de relations, en communication et en influence auprès des membres de la haute direction et des partenaires interfonctionnels
Capacité éprouvée à trouver un équilibre entre la pensée stratégique et l'exécution opérationnelle dans un environnement en constante évolution

The Manager, Community Engagement is a strategic and operational leader responsible for strengthening the organization's presence, credibility, and impact within the communities we serve.

This role partners closely with regional and national stakeholders to deliver inclusive, high‑impact community engagement initiatives aligned to business priorities, corporate values, and social impact commitments.

Acting as the regional point of contact for community‑related matters, the Manager ensures consistent execution, governance, and visibility of community investments while fostering deep relationships across internal partners, community organizations, and regional leadership teams.

The role balances thoughtful strategy, flawless execution, and strong stewardship of funds and reputation.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Community & Brand Leadership**
Serve as the regional lead for all community engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with local priorities, national strategies, and organizational values.

Amplify regional brand presence by championing meaningful community partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement opportunities that reinforce our identity and purpose.

Advance DEI priorities through inclusive program design, equitable partnerships, and visible participation in community events.

Champion recognition of community engagement efforts by elevating stories, outcomes, and colleague participation across channels and forums.
**Operational Excellence & Financial Stewardship**
Ensure robust and timely execution of community payment processes by managing vendor setups, tracking first payments and disbursements, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems such as Share

Point and Cybergrants.

Proactively monitor payment timelines, addressing outages or delays by coordinating alternate arrangements and leveraging EFT/ACH options to protect year‑end commitments and community investments.

Maintain transparent, audit‑ready records and logs to support governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Establish and sustain standardized workflows for reporting, approvals, and documentation to enhance visibility, efficiency, and consistency across regions.
**Colleague & Community Advocacy**
Champion an inclusive and collaborative culture by encouraging colleague participation in community engagement efforts.

Support feedback mechanisms and participation in programs that promote diversity of thought, equitable representation, and shared learning.

Demonstrate agility and responsiveness in navigating shifting priorities, emerging community needs, and evolving regional dynamics.
**Job Requirements**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in community engagement, corporate citizenship, communications, operations, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, operations, or program execution within a complex organization.

Demonstrated experience managing financial processes, governance, and documentation in an audit‑sensitive environment.

Strong understanding of community investment models, DEI principles, and brand stewardship.

Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and influence skills across senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
