**Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced
**Platform Engineer**
to support a global transaction banking platform within a large enterprise workplace.

The successful candidate will contribute to
**platform engineering, software delivery modernization, Dev

Ops transformation, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives** .

This role will work closely with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and product teams to improve developer productivity, modernize software delivery practices, and accelerate the adoption of modern engineering tools and technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**
Support platform engineering and software delivery modernization initiatives.

Design and implement
**CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Dev

Ops practices** .

Drive software delivery improvements through automation and standardized engineering practices.

Evaluate and implement
**AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows**
to improve developer productivity.

Support adoption and enablement of AI tools across the software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and platform teams to improve software delivery processes.

Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows through automation.

Contribute hands-on technical expertise to priority modernization initiatives.

Support engineering teams in adopting contemporary development, deployment, and automation practices.
**Required Qualifications**
**8+ years of overall technology experience** .

Strong experience in
**Dev

Ops and software delivery modernization** .

Hands-on experience with
**CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, release automation, and automation frameworks** .

Strong experience with
**Git





Hub Enterprise and Git

Hub Actions** .

Experience with source control management and contemporary developer workflows.

Experience evaluating or adopting
**AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools** .

Understanding of practical AI use cases across the software development lifecycle.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Experience with
**Git

Hub Copilot**
adoption or engineering enablement.

Experience building or supporting
**internal developer platforms** .

Experience with self-service engineering tools and developer experience initiatives.

Experience with cloud-native platforms and modernization initiatives.

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments.

Degree or diploma in
**Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field** .
