About the Role

Match Retail is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead a nationwide retail sales team and drive sales performance across multiple markets.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute national sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and lead a high-performing field organization consisting of Regional Managers and Retail Sales Representatives.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong retail sales background, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of developing teams, growing revenue, and delivering business results.

Experience within consumer electronics, wireless, home technology, or related retail environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and execute in timely and cost efficient manner

Manage retail client relationship across all levels of support and leadership





Lead Quarterly performance review for sales and people Direct across the regional field managers to ensure success

Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Develop and manage annual account compensation plans to drive delivery on sales target

Collaborate with Training, Operations, Analytics, Accounts and other cross functional teams on a day-to-day basis

Recruit, coach train, and mentor field sales leadership

Build a customer and team member first culture

Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience within retail, sales, or consumer-facing industries.

Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.

Proven experience managing sales performance, budgets, and P&L; accountability.

Robust understanding of retail operations and cross-functional business management.

Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

Strong analytical, forecasting, and business planning skills.

Excellent presentation, communication,



and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
