You'll work closely with clients, support their goals, and play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships that drive mutual success.Our downtown Winnipeg office is ready to welcome new team members.What the Roles InvolvesYou will start as a receptionist to learn our internal systems, procedures, and core operations. Through a Performance-based progression, you will begin to learn and take on more Client Service Representative (CSR) duties and tasks.When a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) position becomes available, you could be transitioned fully into the role once you have proven your abilities match the requirements. At that point, your reception duties will be removed so you can focus entirely on full-time CSR responsibilities.As a Receptionist, you will:Assist walk-in customers daily as the face of the organizationAnswer call inquiries and maintain visitor logsProcess walk-in paymentsEnter manual business into systemsGenerate manual lettersProcess letter and receipt requests for Collection Officers and clients at their requestProcess incoming and outgoing mail for couriersAct as back up to the credit card lineAssist with other administrative duties, as requiredAs a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will:Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent and accurate communication on file statusList recent business files from clients,



verifying all details through system checks and thorough reviewAssess and analyze files, reports, and correspondence to provide updates and direction to collectors and tracersCommunicate regularly with clients via phone and email regarding account status, settlements, and payment inquiriesProcess and maintain file updates, including payments, adjustments, rollovers, and new account activityWork with data from multiple sources, converting and formatting files into standardized formats such as Excel and TXTUpload and manage data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completenessIdentify and correct file conversion errors within internal systems (CRS)Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to internal teams and clientsProcess invoices, statements, and verify account balancesSupport additional administrative functions and provide backup support to other departments as neededQualificationsHigh-school diploma or equivalent.Working knowledge of collection industry is considered an asset.(Required) A minimum of 1-year of work in customer service.Demonstrated systems knowledge (CRS, Microsoft suite, cartographer, filezilla, EDI systems)CompetenciesWe're looking for individuals who are:Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skillsRelationship-focused and customer-orientedOrganized, detail-focused,



and able to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated and results-drivenComfortable working both independently and within a teamSkilled in problem-solving and decision-makingProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience in sales, client relations, or customer service is an asset—but not required.
