We are hiring a Corporate Strategy Associate to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and other corporate development initiatives.This is a highly external-facing role.You will help identify, develop, and maintain relationships with investors, strategic partners, technology companies, infrastructure providers, utilities, and other organizations relevant to LōD's growth.You will be involved throughout the relationship lifecycle, from research and outreach to meeting preparation, follow-up, diligence, negotiation support, and helping turn conversations into investments, partnerships, pilots, and commercial opportunities.The right person is analytical, highly organized, commercially minded, and exceptionally strong at building and maintaining professional relationships.What You'll DoWork directly with the CEO on fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and corporate developmentIdentify and research prospective venture capital, growth equity, strategic, corporate, and infrastructure investorsBuild and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investorsSupport investor outreach, introductions, meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communicationManage the company's investor pipeline and fundraising CRMPrepare investor presentations, pitch decks, company materials, briefing documents, and fundraising collateralCoordinate investor due diligence, including data-room management and responses to diligence requestsHelp prepare investor updates, shareholder communications, and board materialsIdentify and evaluate potential strategic partners across AI, data centers, energy, utilities, infrastructure, and technologyDevelop relationships with prospective partners and help move opportunities from initial conversation to concrete next stepsResearch companies, executives, investors, markets,



and potential partnership opportunities before meetingsPrepare the CEO and leadership team for significant investor and partner meetingsParticipate in meetings and ensure actions, introductions, and follow-ups are completedCoordinate internally across engineering, product, finance, operations, and leadership teams to move external opportunities forwardSupport development of partnership proposals, business cases, and strategic presentationsConduct market, industry, competitor, and transaction researchSupport evaluation of financing opportunities, strategic investments, partnerships, and other corporate development initiativesRepresent LōD at selected conferences, investor meetings, partner meetings, and industry eventsTake on special strategic projects with the CEO and executive team as the company growsWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, business development, investor relations, strategic finance, or a high-growth technology companyStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong analytical and financial skillsAbility to research companies, industries, investors, and markets quickly and effectivelyExperience producing high-quality presentations and executive-level materialsStrong attention to detail and exceptional follow-throughAbility to manage multiple relationships and workstreams at the same timeComfortable communicating with executives, investors, partners, and technical teamsComfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environmentHigh degree of ownership, judgment, discretion,
