1-Ton Picker Operator & Helper – Oilfield

King Craft Inc. is hiring a 1-Ton Picker Operator and a Helper in Clearwater County, AB. The crew hauls, lifts and installs fabricated steel and pipe supports on oilfield sites across Alberta.

Duties

- Drive a 1-ton picker truck and trailer to lease sites and customer yards (Operator)
- Run the picker to load, unload and set materials and equipment (Operator)
- Rig loads, spot, and signal lifts (Helper)
- Secure and deliver loads, and help with site installation and general labour
- Do pre-trip and picker inspections, keep the truck and site clean, and fill out timesheets and job tickets

Requirements:
- Operator: 2+ years running a picker or boom truck, oilfield experience preferred,



and a valid Class 5 licence with a clean abstract (Class 3 an asset)
- Helper: entry-level, and we will train the right person (Class 5 preferred)
- H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR and WHMIS; Rigging & Signalling, Ground Disturbance and TDG are assets
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test, lift 50 lb, work outdoors in all weather, and work long days with travel

Pay: Negotiable, based on experience and tickets. Benefits: dental, vision, life and disability insurance.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
