We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Class Journeyman / 2nd Class Journeyman to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals to identify mechanical or electrical issues in vehicles.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts accurately.
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide assembly, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
- Execute welding tasks as needed for structural repairs or custom modifications ensuring safety standards are met.
- Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and repair logs for each vehicle serviced.
- Mentor/serve as a technical resource for apprentice mechanics in the shop.




- Support ongoing maintenance programs by proactively identifying potential issues before they become major problems.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a mechanic or technician within an automotive dealership or similar workplace with a minimum of 8 years experience.
- Valid certification as a 1st Class Journeyman or equivalent A-Level Technician status.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models with an emphasis on automotive repair techniques.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly work, schematics interpretation, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Mastery with diagnostic equipment and electronic testing devices used in modern automotive repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
