With our enhanced dealership featuring a seamless service drive-through, dedicated delivery bay, customer lounge, and Audi showroom, you’ll work in an environment designed to deliver a refined automotive experience.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify required repairs or maintenance.
- Complete all work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Accurately document completed and recommended work on repair orders.
- Road test vehicles as required to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles throughout the service process.
- Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs.
- Support and mentor Apprentice Technicians when required.
- Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What You’ll Bring

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence is required.
- Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous Audi, Volkswagen, European, or luxury automotive experience is considered an asset.
