Advance Therapy ABA Services provides in-home Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programming for children on the autism spectrum across Edmonton and the surrounding region. We're hiring ABA Instructor Therapists to deliver 1:1 sessions directly in families' homes, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

What you'll do

- Deliver 1:1 ABA/IBI therapy sessions in clients' homes using individualized treatment plans
- Implement discrete trial teaching, natural environment teaching, and other ABA strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data on skill acquisition and behaviour programs
- Communicate session progress to the BCBA and, where appropriate, to caregivers
- Attend regular supervision, training, and team meetings

What we're looking for
- College diploma or university degree in a related field (Psychology, Autism and Behavioural Science, Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, or similar)
- Experience implementing ABA strategies is an asset; new graduates and those working toward RBT certification are welcome to apply
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle (required for in-home travel)




- Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability

- $25.00–$30.00 per hour, paid weekly/biweekly
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between sessions

Schedule Sessions available across weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends in Edmonton and surrounding communities (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc areas considered based on candidate location).

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
