About the Role

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own the ongoing relationship with an assigned book of clients after they sign. This is the role most directly accountable for whether a client keeps paying us, and it’s compensated that way: your bonus is tied entirely to how long you keep your clients live and happy, not to recent bookings or account size.

What You’ll Do

- Own and manage the ongoing relationship with every client in your book
- Onboard, service, and support your clients for the life of their engagement
- Work proactively to extend client tenure past the milestones that matter most to retention




- Coordinate with our GTM Engineering, calling, and Account Executive teams to make sure clients get their contracted results
- Spot at-risk accounts early and escalate retention risk before it becomes churn
- Keep accurate client and account records in our systems
- Report on client health, retention, and forecast to leadership

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in account management, customer success, or client services, ideally in an agency or services environment
- Strong relationship-management instincts and the discipline to run a proactive, not reactive, retention motion
- Comfort owning a hard revenue-retention number, not just a satisfaction score
- Based in Canada

Compensation

- Base salary plus an uncapped quarterly retention bonus. Your bonus is a function of your book’s tenure, full stop: no revenue targets, no account-size weighting. As your clients age past standard tenure milestones, your bonus rate climbs, and it keeps climbing with no cap the longer you keep them.
