Senior Associate – Purchase to Pay (P2P)

Location: Montreal, QC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 days per week onsite

Language: Bilingual English & French

Experience: 3–5 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate – Purchase to Pay (P2P) to support transactional and service receipting activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP ECC , strong data-entry skills, and the ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and process service receipts in SAP ECC .
- Review transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Process approximately 75 transactions per day while maintaining quality.
- Identify and resolve missing information or discrepancies.
- Escalate complex or incomplete transactions to the appropriate support team.
- Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up as required.
- Follow P2P procedures, internal controls, and company policies.




- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or transactional processing .
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC .
- Experience with service receipts/service entry sheets is preferred.
- Strong data-entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with high-volume transactions and meet productivity targets.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both English and French .
- Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week .
