At BrightPath Kids, part of the Busy Bees childcare network, you will supervise the AP team and oversee invoice payments for multiple properties.

Your role will require collaboration and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will also handle escalations and optimize approval processes for efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support AP team in all tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
- Manage and resolve invoicing discrepancies promptly
- Oversee AP reports, metrics, and reconciliations
- Facilitate month-end and year-end closing activities Requirements:
- 5 years' full cycle AP experience with a large account portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous AP Supervisor experience (1-2 years)
