We are a successful manufacturing and distribution company in the Gloucester Industrial Park. We are looking for a team member who will be totally responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable including:

· Generating invoices from shipped orders

· Generating bank deposits

· Applying payments to accounts

· Issuing credits as requested

· Following up on overdue accounts

· Accurately filing all documents

· Answering customer inquiries about their accounts

· Multitasking The successful candidate will:

· Be proficient in oral and written English

· Be highly accurate

· Be able to process large volumes of data

· Be friendly and professional on the phone

· Be a good team player who will assist others when asked

· Have experience with Sage and Excel Spreadsheets

.Be able to commute to work location in Langley via own transportation

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
