I’m working on a newly created opportunity with a leading professional services firm looking to expand its capabilities in the Group Advantages space.

The role will have a broad mandate across Group Benefits actuarial work, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.

The opportunity:

- Focus on Group Benefits pricing, underwriting and related advisory work
- Work directly with clients on complex benefits challenges
- Help develop and grow the firm’s Group Benefits actuarial capabilities
- Support business development and expansion of the client portfolio
- Opportunity to build and lead a team as the practice grows
- Seniority can be tailored depending on the individual

Ideal background:





- Strong Group Benefits actuarial experience
- Depth in pricing and/or underwriting
- Consulting experience or strong client-facing exposure preferred
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable operating independently and helping build a growing practice
- Actuarial credentials strongly preferred

Open to profiles around Senior Manager through Director level .
