Job Summary

We are seeking an Aerospace Process Planner to support the assembly and testing of aircraft engine modules and engines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aerospace engine assembly/testing, technical drawings, GD&T;, tooling, and manufacturing process planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
- Define and validate the tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test modules and engines in accordance with P&WC; quality and engineering standards.
- Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI) that provide standard work guidance for assemblers.
- Support CVIS and ROFFIN data plate machine programming .
- Support the implementation and programming of Torque Measuring Systems (TMS) .
- Participate in PFMEA activities and RPN determination .
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality,



and production teams to ensure assembly and testing processes meet established standards.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience , with candidates having up to 20+ years considered.
- Experience assembling and testing aircraft engine modules and engines .
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and GD&T; .
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing or aircraft engine production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering , is preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering Technician education/experience may also be considered.
- Fluent French communication skills are required.
- Ability to work onsite in Mirabel, QC .
- Must be willing and available to support weekend work .
