Responsibilities

- Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application, tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and managing check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate guests on skincare lines, beauty tools, and retail items to boost sales.
- Engage guests with friendly communication, exceptional guest services, and upselling techniques to enhance their experience.




- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet individual client needs.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and confidently.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/out.
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, and other aesthetic services.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
