MacLean Engineering is seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our Collingwood aftermarket production team. You will weld and fit heavy components per engineering drawings, using Miller GMAW equipment and 0.045” wire, while maintaining quality and productivity on an afternoon/weekend shift. Ideal candidates have 5+ years’ GMAW experience on heavy weldments, reading blueprints, and a safety-first mindset. Training options include crane operation and CSA W59 surface prep.
