Canada Ututoring Learning Institute is looking for passionate and experienced Ontario Curriculum Math Teachers to join our teaching team. We are seeking educators who have a strong understanding of the Ontario Mathematics Curriculum and can effectively support students from elementary through high school. The ideal candidate is able to explain mathematical concepts clearly, adapt instruction to different learning levels, and create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities

- Teach mathematics based on the Ontario Curriculum for Grades 1–12.
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons appropriate to students' grade levels and abilities.
- Explain mathematical concepts clearly and help students develop strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- Identify students' learning gaps and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide appropriate practice questions, homework, and learning materials.
- Support students with school assignments, tests, exams, and overall academic progress.
- Prepare customized worksheets, lesson materials, and review exercises when required.
- Monitor and track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate students' learning progress and areas for improvement to the management team and, when appropriate, parents.




- Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive classroom workplace.
- Adjust the pace and difficulty of lessons based on students' understanding while ensuring that students remain appropriately challenged.
- Follow the institute's teaching standards, curriculum guidelines, and classroom procedures.

Qualifications Required
- Ontario teaching certification (OCT) or relevant education background.
- Previous experience teaching Ontario Curriculum Mathematics is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Ontario high school courses such as MTH1W, MPM2D, MCF3M, MCR3U, MHF4U, and MCV4U.
- Familiarity with resources such as Nelson, McGraw-Hill, Pearson, Singapore Math, or other established mathematics resources.
- Excellent communication, explanation, classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons to different student levels and learning styles.
- Availability for scheduled classes on a consistent basis.

Selected candidates may be invited to complete an online AND in-person teaching demonstration/interview as part of the hiring process. Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
