Description

We are looking for an

Agentic AI Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI agents that can interact with cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

LLM/Agentic AI, Python, cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and DevOps

.

Responsibilities

- Build and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as

LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

.

- Develop tool/function-calling workflows and integrate

MCP where applicable.

- Build agents that can analyze infrastructure and operational data and perform approved actions.

- Integrate AI workflows with

Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and ITSM platforms

.

- Implement security controls such as human approval, least-privilege access, audit logging, and dry-run execution

.

- Develop RAG solutions using vector databases and embedding technologies.

- Build testing and evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and reliability.

- Work with cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or OCI

.

- Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and security teams to deliver production solutions.





Requirements

- 2+ years of experience building

LLM/AI applications

, including agentic or multi-step workflows.

- Strong experience with an agent framework such as

LangGraph/LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel

.

- Robust

Python development skills.

- 5+ years of experience in

Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering

.

- Strong hands-on experience with

Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code

.

- Experience with

AWS, Azure, or OCI and cloud IAM/security.

- Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

.

- Knowledge of

RAG, embeddings, and vector databases

.

- Experience with agent evaluation/observability tools such as

LangSmith, Langfuse, or Ragas

.

- Experience with

Git, APIs, testing, and secrets management

.

Nice to Have

- Experience with

MCP

.

- Experience integrating

Datadog, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or Jira

.

- Experience with production infrastructure automation.

- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments.
