:

The primary objective of the Aggregates Dispatch Coordinator is the day-to-day operations of receiving orders/inquiries, planning & scheduling deliveries, and coordination drivers, trucks, and equipment to fulfill Rice Aggregates customer needs safely, on-time, in-full, and invoiced correctly, maximizing revenue, and optimizing costs.

The Aggregates Dispatch Coordinator schedules driver’s assignments, scales outbound materials, actively monitors delivery progress, using prescribed systems/processes, and adjusting for dynamic changes throughout the day.

This is an entry level position that may provide the opportunity to grow in the Rice group of companies, within the aggregates, construction, and development divisions.

Education:

· Post-Secondary Education

· Must speak fluent English

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with computers and mobile devices
