Position: AI Program Manager

Location: Toronto, On – Hybrid

- Experience in program or delivery management within large-scale technology transformation, financial services, or enterprise change programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to hold direct, candid conversations with program teams and technical leads, and to build credibility quickly across a large, distributed portfolio.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, prioritizing effectively and maintaining accurate situational awareness across a large and diverse portfolio.
- Comfort operating independently in a vendor or staff augmentation capacity, able to take direction from an internal leader and represent the workstream credibly in day-to-day interactions.
- Financial services or large regulated enterprise experience, with an understanding of how program delivery operates inside formal governance structures.




- Practical understanding of Agile, SDLC, or technology delivery methodologies, sufficient to have credible conversations with technical program teams.
- Strong problem-solving instincts, with the judgment to know what to resolve directly and what to escalate.

Nice to Have

- Direct experience with AI-Native SDLC, AI-assisted development tooling, or leading technology transformation programs that embed AI into delivery workflows.
- Prior experience working in a vendor delivery model supporting a major financial institution.
- Change management experience, particularly supporting adoption of new ways of working across program teams.
