As an AI Transformation Lead, you will help clients successfully adopt and scale AI across their organizations. You will work at the intersection of AI, business strategy, operations, technology, governance, and people - helping clients move beyond implementing AI to transforming how their organizations work.

You will help clients assess AI readiness, identify high-value opportunities, establish practical AI governance, redesign workflows, enable their workforce, and measure the business value created by AI.

What you will do

- Work with business leaders to understand objectives, workflows, organizational capabilities, and AI opportunities.
- Assess AI readiness across strategy, processes, data, technology, governance, and workforce capabilities.
- Develop AI transformation plan aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, or operational efficiency.




- Help clients establish practical AI governance covering responsible AI, risk, human oversight, data, security, and accountability.
- Analyze how AI will change workflows, roles, responsibilities, skills, and ways of working.
- Develop workforce enablement and AI adoption strategies, including training, communications, and change management.
- Define metrics to measure adoption, productivity, operational improvements, and business value.
- Work closely with Wiznry product, AI/ML, engineering, and customer teams to translate transformation needs into scalable solutions.
- Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies for AI transformation and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand not only what AI can do, but how their organization needs to change to realize its value.

What you bring

- Experience in AI transformation, digital transformation, management consulting, organizational transformation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of how AI can change business processes, operating models, decision-making, and workforce capabilities.
- Experience working with senior business and technology leaders on transformation initiatives.
- Experience with organizational change, technology adoption, workforce enablement, or change management.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, risk management, data governance, and human oversight.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business strategies and actions.
- Ability to work effectively across business, product, AI/ML, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial workplace where problems are often ambiguous and creating structure is part of the job.
- Experience with enterprise AI implementations, AI governance, workforce transformation, or AI Centers of Excellence is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
