This managerial role involves owning the BCM program focusing on Blue Rewards, ensuring all business plans are updated annually and accurately reflect both audit and regulatory needs.

You'll work closely with internal and BMO teams, conduct effective training, and serve in an Incident Commander capacity for ongoing incident management. The position also includes responsibilities for reviewing Change Requests for production implementations. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and amend Business Continuity Plans annually

- 5-7 years of relevant business continuity experience
