Health is seeking an experienced Analyst, Human Resources & Payroll to join our Human Resources department.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, HR Planning and Design, the HR/Payroll Analyst is responsible for analyzing HR and Payroll data to identify trends and/or opportunities for improvements in service and efficiencies that can be gained by innovative practices. The position supports operational planning initiatives by conducting ongoing analysis of data from an HR/Payroll perspective using advanced statistical and analytical methods. The Analyst will have a strong working knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll operational procedures which will be used in customizing reports to suit departmental business needs.

The salary range for this position is $69,218 (min) to $86,522 (midpoint) to $99,501 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE.
