Salary Range: CA$70,000.00 To CA$80,000.00 Annually

The Opportunity

As a Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing, balanced capacity, and consistent product availability across our operations. Your work will directly support Supply Chain, Production, Packaging, and Logistics teams while contributing to the broader Village Farms mission of leading a sustainable path forward for global cannabis

This is an IN-OFFICE position, can be located in either Montreal, QC; Huntingdon, QC; or Delta, BC.

What You'll Do

Supply Planning & Production

- Develop and maintain rolling medium- and long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Translate demand forecasts into production and supply requirements across facilities and product categories.
- Monitor forecast vs. actual production performance and identify supply risks, gaps and opportunities.
- Partner with Production Planners to ensure supply plans are feasible and executable.
- Incorporate cultivation schedules, harvest timing, production yields and manufacturing requirements into supply plans.

Capacity & Inventory Planning





- Develop and maintain capacity plans across production facilities, identifying current and future constraints.
- Analyze labor, equipment, facility and material constraints and assess their impact on supply.
- Monitor inventory levels, weeks of stock and target inventory to identify shortages, excess and aging inventory.
- Support the development and maintenance of safety stock and inventory targets.

Cross-Functional Supply Coordination

- Partner with the Allocation Planner and Cultivation teams to ensure supply plans reflect available flower and production requirements.
- Work with Procurement and Operations to identify and mitigate material availability and lead-time risks.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve service levels, inventory efficiency and capacity utilization.
- Support the Supply Planning Manager with strategic planning, network optimization and cross-functional supply chain initiatives.

Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze production, inventory and supply chain performance to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Power BI, Excel and other analytical tools to support supply planning and decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key supply planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, production attainment, inventory health and plan adherence.
- Develop what-if scenarios to evaluate the impact of demand changes,



yield variability, capacity constraints and supply disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve planning processes, reporting and data quality.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Village Farms International, Inc. from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, production workflows, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize production flow.
