Location: Varsity Square Apartments (NW Calgary) Responsibilities: Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas

Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Resident Members

Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups Interior and exterior garbage pick-up Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required Ensure proper and accurate inventory management Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly

Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required Experience and Educational Requirements: 2 years cleaning experience required Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of English both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is an asset Non-Technical Requirements: Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
