Duties

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) sales opportunities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from interested prospects via phone or online channels
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and decision-making processes
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.




- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness

Requirements
- Access to phone and email
- Must be located within North America
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Ability to learn the technical side of a B2B SaaS product
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
- Prior experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales is highly desirable
