Tumbled Earth is growing, and I'm looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to grow with us.

This isn't a job for someone who just wants to follow a checklist. I'm looking for someone I can trust to make decisions, lead the team and help grow sales when I'm not in the store.

You are:

- An experienced retail salesperson who genuinely loves Tumbled Earth - this is a must!
- A people person who is fun, energetic and naturally creates a great customer experience
- Confident working independently and leading and supporting a team
- Social-media savvy and able to create posts, Reels, videos and fresh content
- Creative and full of ideas for marketing, attracting customers and increasing sales
- Organized, reliable and great at multitasking
- Comfortable with technology; Shopify experience is a bonus
- Someone who notices what needs to be done and does it without being asked

You'll be doing:

- Selling and creating an amazing customer experience
- Opening/closing and helping run the store
- Leading and supporting the team
- Creating social media content
- Merchandising and keeping the store looking fresh and inviting




- Fulfilling online orders and maintaining inventory
- Purchasing product for the store
- Receiving and adding new products to our website
- Creating emails for marketing
- Supporting our in-house jewelry business; wholesale accounts and orders
- Coming up with ideas that help grow the business and increase sales

Scheduling:

Our ideal schedule is Wednesday-Saturday, with flexibility. Weekend availability is required.

You don't need to know everything on day one. Attitude, initiative and a love for what we do matter most.
